"In-App Purchases" is coming?

3 days ago, there's an update on steamdb called "In-App Purchases."
Will Civ 6 add in-app purchases in future?

It already has them on certain platforms, if I remember correctly. It's been a while since I played on IOS.

Also, playing the challenges without having the required DLC gives it to you for free for a limited time. This qualifies as an in-app purchase, even though it's free.
