In need of a GOOD western hemisphere refrence map

Does anyone have a good refrence map of the western hemisphere that is picture that I can save on to my computre and use it for the civ 4 map editer (and I don't want a map from Goggle Earth or the blue marbal map)what I am mainly asking for is a flat map of the Americas
