I was romping around all of the XML files trying to add a Canadian civ. Then something cought my eye, The path to each civs flag was really non existent. Then I remembered that ATI problem where you had to unpack the art file. So I was roaming around and I found that all of the the flags were in dds format. So I hoped on google and I found A few very cool tools at nVidia. Like a dds plugin for photoshop, and a viewer. For anyone that hasn't found these yet Search for "nVidia DDS" in google, it should be the first result.

Also, I am working on a tutorial to add a fresh civ from scratch. Hopefully it will be done by this Saturday coming. Word of advice, the best XML viewer is your web bowser.
