Increase District Citizen/Specialist Yields with Building

To buff tall cities I want to mod some buildings to boost the yields of citizen/specialist slots in districts. For example:

Research Lab: Additional +2 Science for each specialist in the Campus district
Stock Market: Additional +1 Gold for each specialist in all districts

I looked through the modifiers/effects but didn't seem to see anything like this. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Civ5 had wonders and social policies that boosted specialists but in Civ6 they seem to be a totally neglected by the devs.
 
Bump. Anyone know if this is possible for a building to change specialist yields? I will experiment with changing the plot yields on the district plot and see if that works because I think the game still counts the citizens as working the plot.

Thanks to some of the updates from Firaxis after this thread was started, it is now possible to do some things similar to what I was originally asking about. In the Gathering Storm expansion, Firaxis made so many of the tier 3 buildings increase the yields of citizens working that district. The research lab increases specialist science yield by 1, and stock exchange increases gold by 2. I have not created a mod that increases them any further. I don't think it is possible for a building to increase the yields of all districts like I imagined for stock exchange. They only do it for the citizens/specialists working that district. I also like to use pokiehl's "Improved Specialists" mod to increase the base yield of specialists and add specialists to some districts that did not have them.
