To buff tall cities I want to mod some buildings to boost the yields of citizen/specialist slots in districts. For example:
Research Lab: Additional +2 Science for each specialist in the Campus district
Stock Market: Additional +1 Gold for each specialist in all districts
I looked through the modifiers/effects but didn't seem to see anything like this. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Civ5 had wonders and social policies that boosted specialists but in Civ6 they seem to be a totally neglected by the devs.
