Input not supported on Monitor Civ4 Complete

If anyone can help would appreciate some. Get the following message when trying to load Civ4 Complete "Input not supported" on my monitor . I recently got a new computer which I am getting used to. Please see Dx Diag attached.

Hey Lins.

You can try navigating to your Civ4 folder in your computer and going to your Civ4Config.ini file. to change your fullscreen/windowed preferences.

There will be a line like this:

; Specify whether to play in fullscreen mode 0/1/ask
FullScreen = 1

Try running it in windowed mode. Your DxDiag seems fine, to me, but I am no expert.
