[BNW] Install graphics MOD but on the original game files. Is it possible?

Hello everyone, first of all I'm new and this is my first post.
And on the subject, I would like to install a visual mod of ethnic units but internal in the original game files, not in the "MODS" folder. This is because I would like to get achievements while playing elegantly with a varied design of the units. Can it be done? and if so, how?
I've done a lot of research and can't find anything about it.

Hey, you can convert your mod to DLC and then put it in the game's DLC folder.
You can't currently make changes to the “original” file, they can be read and extracted, but not repackaged.
