install problem

I had civ 4 on my pc (windows 7) but something screwt up and i had to re-instal it,
but now i can't install the expantion packs, i thinks that is already on my pc (and it is not on my pc) and when i play civ4 i only see the bare tiles (could be something wrong in the setting, but i'm not sure), no mines, no resources, nothing.

is there anything i can do against it?

i can see all the tile improments again, so now i only neet help with instaling the expantions
