Civ IV is installed and patched to 1.74.
DirectX9.0c updates have been manually downloaded and installed from MS.
I put in BTS.
It goes through detecting DirectX components, etc.
Says there's a newer version of Warlords (don't have it installed) and it's updating it
Closes installer after 10 seconds with no actual install completed.
