Hi guys. New here but long-time Civ fan. Today I tried to install Civilization IV and an error occured toward the end of the installation process. After inserting disc 2 and the installation progressing to about 98%, an error message came up. It said:
Feature Transfer Error
feature: Default Feature
component: Civ 4 component
File: D:\data3.cab
error: Incorrect function
What do you think i should do to fix this? I'm running Windows XP, and when I ran "Can You're Computer Run This" it said the only things I'm missing is something with the graphics (TSL is it called? I think ot means something like Texture and shading) I've seen similar problems to this and I've heard to copy the files to the hard drive then run setup.exe. Any help would be much apreciated.
