just bought the new civ 4 game and when trying to install an error message appears:
"An error (-5009 : 0x8002802b) has occurred while running setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications."
I have tried everything i can think of to start the game but i do not know what the problem is. Has anyone had this problem, if so do you know how to fix it?
