Impossible to install Civ. 4

When I run the dvd after 10 seconds , the message :

Set20.tmp a rencontré un problème et doit fermer
( Set20.tmp , have a problem and must close ) or same thing with set21 or set26

If someone can help me , ...

My Computer : notebook Asus P4 more than 3 GHZ
Ram 512 + 256
Hd 80 Go

this computer have no problem , and I've allready installed some games as FS2004, Cossaks, ... with not any problem
