Settle on Spot (Dancing Banana), Move worker to the Cow, Start production on a worker (can be change later)

Reaserch IW as fast as possible as long as it makes a diffrance. (If it will take 50 turns reaserch at 100% lower science to 20%)

Take a screenshot of our known area and the Mini-map.

Since that's what the polls represent, i don't think there should be a problem. also, it doesn't really matter what we start producing now, since we can always change our minds come next turn.

I agree 100 % on early workers, the reusability of that unit is immense for long term purposes and for driving the industry in the infancy of our nation. A petty warrior is not even a match to the impact of this early worker.

Chop forests for rush builds
Quick roads to quicken city settlements
more output per tile from turn 1 of a city and so on.

Most of us have said to settle on spot, and IMO we do not want to waste a turn of possible reaserch and production for an inferior start.

Currently, 5 out of 16 voted for Strider while 4 out of 16 voted for vbraun. So right now the President is Strider. Haven't seen anyone else voted and I voted last...yesterday.

Only problem is, that by time the poll closes our turn will be skipped. Even if it does somehow give us 1 or 2 hours before our turn is skipped, that still calling it close.. and there is no guarantee that the new president will even beable to get on play it in that period.

Edit: Just checked it, our turn will be skipped before the poll closes.
