Integrating mods

Is it possible to make certain mods part of the core game data?

I just hate having to go through the mod screen constantly, and enjoy some of them so much I'd like to make them my vanilla game if at all possible!

I apologize if there is another thread or if I'm posting this to the wrong area, I just wasn't sure where to go, and the mods thread is pretty big!

Not really. You can use a tool like the MPMPM to sort of do that, but it still requires you to manage what is enabled and isn't perfect.
