That's not their real start, of course. Rik said the only rules change was to remove the food bonus from wines, and the quoted post mentions camels which don't exist in the unmodded game.

I dont know if this is well known but Kiss run there game as a Dictatorship, with one elected monarch some Noob said so in the civ4 forums. (saying lets do things like kiss)
