Custom game with small map with 7 civs, random leaders and countries, on Monarch. I get DeGaulle and India.
And over the whole map, not one horse or elephant was to be found. No chariots, horse archers, war elephants, knights or cavalry. Made for a very interesting game. I beat everyone else to Tanks and ended up getting a domination victory in 1955.
In hundreds of games, I've never had one come up that had no horses AND no elephants.
