Interface Buttons

Are there any tutorials out there for implementing new buttons? I need to add a button similar to the End Turn button, and overlay a label on top (for an xUPT mechanic; label displays the current setting, button launches a popup to change the setting. For now I have it working with a keybinding).

Basically, I can figure out how to do it on my own, but I'm lazy, figured I'd look for a tutorial. Can't find one, so asking is the last shot before tackling it myself.

Ignore this, overcame the laziness and got it working.

Not positioned correctly as yet, but the button is in, clicking it brings up the UPT popup, mouseover displays help text, and a label overlaid on top displays the current upt value.
