Inverted Earth

Has anyone made an inverted earth map for Civ IV? i.e. where all the continents are oceans and all the oceans are land.
I found one for Civ III (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=76038) so alternatively, is there any way to convert Civ III maps to Civ IV?

I was thinking of using it as a base to make a map like this: http://www.worlddreambank.org/S/SIP.HTM, it might be interesting to play a map where players are separated by vast expanses of tundra that are technically traversable but which no one would want to settle on.
As an aside, the Planetocopia site is worth taking a look at for map inspiration.

There is software that does map wizardry, such as just converting an image into a map, but you could do it with WordPad.

It would be pretty easy to just open a world bulider save, then Replace All GRASSLAND with OCEAN, Replace all PLAINS etc...You could keep the exising coasts as your coasts. Mountains, hills, bonuses and features would also have to be dealt with.
