Extra thoughts on how to implement air units sinking naval ships with a chance they could get shot down... Basically, allow air units to attack using their A/D ratings, straight against the naval units. This would symbolise the difference between bombarding being an indirect, lob lots of ordanance from a safe difference plan, or the getting down and dirty with direct attacks and possibly direct kills. Pretty straightforward to implement as well as suddenly creating lots more options. I may even bother making planes if this gets done!
