ironclads not healing in friendly terrain (Not a Bug)

I noticced a few instances of my ships (always happened with ironclads) not healing in my terrain. You can see in the attached screenshot that the ironclad is in my land and yet the "rest and repair" option is disabled (both ironclads, actually, but I could only have one selected for the screenshot). I told it to sleep a couple turns before, but it is not healing. And just to try anything, the apostle close to it has the chaplain promotion, and stilll it is not healing. The curious thing is that no more than a dozen turns before, the same ironclads went on the very same tiles to heal, and they healed regularly. the only difference I can think of is that at the time I was in war, while now I just signed a peace.

I think you must have lost your coal. Without the resource it will not heal I think

According to the bar at the top of the screen he has 1 coal though.

You're right. That's niter. My bad.

yes, i got the coal in trading too make the ironclad. I had no idea it was needed also to repair the unit. i think they should write it somewhere.

As a rule, if you need something to build something, you need that for repair too.
