Irrational Teddy

[Vortium]

Context: Still in my first game but I encountered a minor bug that should be easy enough to fix: Teddy came to me to offer me money to declare war to Russia (both Russia and USA are on the same continent as me), which I accepted.

What I expected to happen: nothing in particular

What actually happened: Next turn, the Big Stick policy applies and Teddy denounces me. Maybe one should add a verification that he is not the one who asked you to declare war to somebody in the first place? That felt really silly somehow.

This is with the vanilla 1.0.0.26 (221715) version.

He is actually inconsistent. He just denounced me for "attacking a player in his continent, but I have NEVER, EVER entered war with anyone. The only units I attackd were barbarians.
