Is a $200 netbook good enough to run Civ 4?

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a ASUS X205 and putting civilization 4 on it to help tide me over during long haul flights. These are the hardware specifications:

Processor: Intel Bay Trail-T Quad Core Z3735 1.33 GHz Processor
Operating System: Windows 8.1 with Bing
Memory: DDR3L 1333 MHz SDRAM, 2 GB
Display: 11.6" 16:9 HD (1366x768) Glare panel
Graphic: Integrated Intel® HD Graphics
Storage: 32GB eMMC

-----------

Are these specs sufficient?

Thanks

Civ 4 is pretty old at this point. My guess would be yes. For reference, I ran Civ 4 (at slow choppy horrible speeds) on a Celeron notebook back in 2005, and the Bay Trail Atom GPU is fairly more powerful than that ancient chip. The Z3xxx Atom processors basically use a trimmed down Ivy Bridge GPU.

The fastest notebook models equipped with this GPU nearly match the performance of the HD Graphics (Sandy Bridge) and the AMD Radeon HD 6310. Therefore, older and less demanding Windows games like World of Warcraft or Half-Life 2 can be played fluently in very low settings. Performance is not sufficient for most modern titles.

I'd say it's worth a shot.

Well lowest screen resolution support in Civ 4 is 1080x768 so you clear that barrier. I was somewhat able to run it on a really crappy netbook (HP Mini 2009 model) so without mods you should be fine.
