Is it out yet?

I was under the belief that BTS was not being released until july 23. How can we have several pages of bug reports and patches before the game is available? What am i missing? Based on the bugs list it sounds as if I should wait to even get the game. Should I wait?

Basically it works like this. The creators of the game seem to have made a pull the date out of a hat routine for each region. I am in Australia and I am currently holding my copy. As for bugs, nothing too major as far as I can tell. But, Vassals and Collonies have the ability now to spy on their master... so yeah. Final Frontier seems awesome.

It's out in Switzerland. I'm in the midst of my first game. It definitely meets (and even surpasses) the hype! Things I've seen so far, like differeniated non-unique units and the way the fog fades from the map
