Is it possible to grant a specific Great Person?

The only modifier to grant a great person I saw is the Stonehenge one, and that one only grant you a great person belong to a specific class and is current in the great people timeline
Can I grant a specific great person individual by modifier? or is it impossible.

Also, I know Gran Colombia also has one modifier to grant great person, but that one is even more limited, so that's out of the question,

The only EffectType I saw after a quick inspection of the game's database is the one used by Stonehenge, which is specifically a great person by great person class. So no individual Great Person can be specified.
