is it possible to make a background?

im new here, so "Hi?" ;D
anyways, i've been trying to make a new background for the leaderheads, but keep ending up with the whole thing not showing.
anyone here know how to do it, or at least any other format(as in besides KFM) that would work for the background?

I don't think of heard of anyone doing that yet. It's easy enough to replace the entire leaderhead with a static picture converted to the .dds format. But it sounds like you want the moving 3D model of the person left alone, while you alter the background behind him, right?
