I hope I'm not waisting your time by being blind or stupid but I have serached the forum in vain and I've read the manual but it is kind of vague on the issue.
What I'd like to know is how many points you get for territory, cities (is an annexed city worth more than a puppet is a sub question), techs (are later techs worth more than early techs), what are the diffilulty level multiplicators exactely?
I know that I can check my points and how much I get from cities, polulation etc by mousing over but I'd like to know if anyone has ever examined it in detail and made a list and/or a formula.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
