They didn't stand the "Test of Time". Features from previous games that won't be in Civ7

Has there been an agenda more annoying or as historically dishonest as Benjamin Franklin's? Every game he shows up in is a 1/3 chance he will hate me for the crime of existing, and the game makes you roll that chance 3 times. IRL Franklin was ambassador to France during the darkest days of the American Revolution, whereas his Civ counterpart would refuse to conduct any diplomacy with filthy monarchists in favor of another war.
