Is their a easy way for real flags? BTS 3.19

I usually play ryes n fall or the biggest map with as many civs i can pack on it & am tired of the default country flags and have been looking for a hour now and Ive downloaded 2 things, 1 dont work with the directions included & the second has me changing all the xml stuff and thats way out of my league.

Is their anyone who knows how to have real flags that doesnt make me feel so inept.
