I've recently heard rumors that somewhere in C3C there is a secret civ that is very good. There is nothing on it from the civ CIA. Anyone heard of it or would like to hear about it?
norwegianviking said:Oh that's the secret civ? I thought it was some unlockable one if you complete all the nine new campaign/scenarios, ofcourse austrias probably that one. Just curious but if everyone knows about it why dosn't the Civ CIA carrie anything on it?
Cool.Merepatra said:I have listed below what BreakAway's original notes for Austria were but these were from before the beta test (and the beta testers were very good at telling us how to change stats etc) and before the 2 new civ traits and new government types were added. So its very possible they would have been changed somewhat if Austria had made it into the standard civ list.
