Is there a guide on Unit Abilities?

Is there a guide or link that defines each of the unit abilities. Most seem obvious, but others are not. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Well there wasn't but now there is, the only one i couldn't figure out was Flag Unit (thanxs to mrtn) & UNUSED but everything else i know is for sure ;)


Wheeled - The unit may not enter any terrain with "Impassable by Wheeled Units" checked

Foot Unit - If flaged can be transported by any transport unless an air transport only transport

Blitz - The unit can attack mulitple times in 1 turn depending on how many moves it has

Cruise Missile - Acts as a Cruise Missile type unit

All Terrain As Roads - whether improved w/ road or not, will lose only as much movement as improved terrain

Radar - Can see 2 squares in all direction regardless of terrain such as mountains

Amphibious - Can attack from a ship on a coastal square

Invisible - can go undetected unless a unit with radar is within range to spot them

Transports Only Aircraft - If has load/unload ability can only load aircraft

Draft - Will be the unit drafted

Immobile - CAn't move

Sinks in Sea - (Galley) if ends its turn in sea, sinks

Sinks in Ocean - (Galley or Caravel) if ends its turn in ocean, sinks

Flag Unit (PTW) - The unit used for capture, in capture the princess games

UNUSED (CIV VAN.) -

Transports Only Foot units - Can only transport units w/ Foot unit Flag

Starts Golden Age - When ever the unit sucessfully wins a battle w/o dying the civ will undergo its golden age

Nuclear Weapon - Acts as a Nuclear Weapon

Hidden Nationality - Will not bear any signs of its nationality, and can attack w/o causing war

Army - Acts as an army, loads in units and combines their hit points, Attack and defense, etc.

Leader - Acts as a Leader, can hurry production, or build an Army, can only appear when an elite unit wins a battle, can't be built

Infinite Bombard Range - Can be shot at any location on the map from any location

Stealth - Can bombard a city and have a smaller chance of being intercepted by a SAM of fighter

Detect Invisible - Can detect units with the Invisible flag if withing range

Tactical Missle - Will act as a tactical Missle, limited range but same capabilities

Transports Only Tactical Missile - Transports only Tactical Missiles

Ranged ATtack Animation - If two units with this flag go into battle, they will not run up, but shoot from a distance

Rotate Before Attack - If facing south and is attacked from the south will rotate so is facing east (GALLEY)

Lethal Land Bombardment - Can kill a land unit with one HP remaining if bombards upon

Lethal Sea Bombardment - Can kill a sea unit with one HP remaining if bombards upon

King - Is the king unit for such games as regicide
 
Does Cruise Missile mean it gets used up on attack?
I think Invisible can only be seen by "see invisible" not "radar."
If multiple Draft units are available at the same time how does it choose? Highest in defence, attack, sum of both?
Immobile is used to allow attacks, 1 or mp number determined by blitz ability, while not being able to move itself.
Sinks flags are irrevalent after magnetism et al are discovered.
Does Nuclear Weapon mean it creats pollution and kills all units?
Can Leader units ever be built even if multiple types are created with this flag?
I think Stealth only applies to planes. Artillary don't seem to be affected by planes.
Detect Invisible means you don't have to "run into" it to see it.
 
I'm not an encyclopedia :scan:, i don't give every possible explaination.

YEA, thats part of what the Cruise Missile is described as in the game

for the draft, w/ the unmodded civ, its on the upgrade chain, spearman > pikeman > musketman > rifleman > infantry > mech infantry which each of those units are the ones tagged w/ draft, if modded not sure
