Is there a larger city radius mod?

I've never thought that radius of 3 hex in either direction made any sense. Look at how damn big NYC or LA or San Fran or Houston or Mexico City are. They are HUGE.
I would be happy with even 4 hex radius. 5 would be awesome too. It isn't like I expect my cities to grow that fast/large, but at the same time... I'd love to have the option to make a city a CITY, rather than a single hex apparently holding 50 million people.

Not expecting Sim City here, but production bonuses for nearby rail (not just those connecting cities) would be cool too.

Anyone know of a larger radius mod?
