Is there a mod that allows one click diplomacy deals?

Hi everybody,

I'm tired of going through the AI leaders and making always the same open border/ressource deals, is there a mod that makes it quicker to sell all this in one click?

Also, what are good UI improving mods ? I find the vanilla UI quite weak.

I agree the UI is really not one of the games stronger points. The diplomacy screen UI are frankly a nightmare.
