Is there a mod that can change unit names?

I use Suk's Tonlé Sap natural wonder mod which gives builders that pass nearby a +1 charge. However, I can never tell which ones have been buffed. I'd like a small mod that allows me to rename my builders and potentially other units (for when they get other natural wonder buffs) so that I can easily differentiate them.

If anyone know of any mods that currently do this, or could make one, I would be most thankful.
