is there a mod to tweak the star colours?

because I'm playing the demo, I know a mod won't work for that, but I'm thinking seriously of getting the game. However in the demo I'm seeing green and purple suns, which I find really unrealistic, so is there a mod around to tweak the colors to a realistic spectrum? the great majority of them are yellowish main sequence stars, which is fine with me, but I'd rather see realistic colors instead of green and purple even though they aren't that common on small maps in the demo. seeing orange, white, or blue stars in place of those would be fine.

edit: there are a few orange stars though, but its the green and purple ones that I don't like.

The quick answer - yes. It was so easy, I did it myself. I'm at work right now (heh, heh) so I can't fill you in on the details. GREAT game BTW!

Here is a link that specifically is designed to give nice looking 'realistic' stars.
