Is there a quick start mod?

I'm looking for something that would give all civs something like 2-3 settlers, a warrior, a slinger, a scout and maybe a builder for first couple of established cities. Is there anything like that around?

I tried starting at later eras but that kind of ruins the game if you play civ that shines early or needs golden age asap.
