Is there a way to change wonders properties?

Well, there is one possibility of course... Simply swap positions of the wonders in the rules.txt, swapping names and preq techs. Remember, that it is the wonder SLOTS and their effects that cannot be changed, but everything else can.

BTW, what is the NMD wonder? Can't seem to figure it out... :rolleyes:

-Come to think of it, Marco Polo's never gave me SDI's in all my cities... :confused:
 
NMD = National Missile Defence ?

This is a hardcoded effect which you'd only be able to change by hacking the civ2.exe file. If Civ3 junks this approach to allow really flexible mods, then I fo one will be :)
