is there a way to save a randomly generated map?

As the thread title says. I dont want to edit it but i spawned a map using shuffle the other day that i'd like to play on again.

Is there a way of saving that map and reusing it?

There is an option when you go to save your game. It says something like "save map". But I've never really tried it myself. You could try that and see what happens.

thanks, i can find the map in 'additional maps' when i do set up game.

But it re-randomises start positions and city states. Is there a way to lock those down?
