I have been looking around on and off for a WindCiv editor. Some have said CivNet, but I hate their interface. Besides, after your score is calculated you can't continue playing.
I also have been wanting to edit a live world like you can in Civ II. I still have one of my favorite maps that was generated for me after 10 years. It has haunted my Zip Disk for a long time, and now my flash card. I decimated an enemy on it that took forever and it was one of my greatest Civ I moments. I think a worthy sequal would be to raise a continents everywhere since the map was made with the generate controls of the smallest landmass possible. I left my enemy alive who once ruled most of the world in the form of their capital, so they are still actively trying to grow again.
Has anyone developed an editor of any sort for WinCiv?
