Is there an AI mod soemwhere?

Is there a good AI mod out there? I guess the vanilla AI just isn't doing it for me. Every one of them always have to expand into every nook and cranny on the map, and then going at war with one of them but they never attack, or when they do they go to garrison of 15 archers and attack it with 1 horseman...

even worse is when the AI wars another AI - usually they either raze 9 cities in 3 turns and capitulate or have no meaningful battles and capitulate.

Solvers unofficial patch fixes up the AI some, but a far cry from perfect.
