Is there any easy way to reduce map size?

I'm a big fan of the tiny map size. The game came with the world map, but only in the standard and huge sizes. A number of people have down designed maps, but again only in the larger sizes. Is there any easy way to convert a someone else's map to the tiny size? I'd love to have a world map in tiny size, but I don't have the time to do it myself, so I'm looking for a shortcut.
