I'm a civ player from China. I want to collect "Civilization for Windows" Edition. Is this game still for sale in US or in Europe ?
Who can give me the download URL or in another method ? Is it illegal ?

You can use google to search for the terms "civilization windows for sale". Or even "civilization windows" should be enough for google already I think.

I'm pretty sure it's pretty cheap (as in; less than 5 dollar or euro)

I've seen it in stores for a few euros, together with Colonization. The situation in China could be somewhat different from the situation in Europe or the US though.
It should be for sale at Ebay too.
