Long time since i played this. And honestly i dont remember even reching the final stage of the game (i was very bad at it) but today while playing once i researched once of the modern age techs got this in my map... The versión of the game im using is 474.05

Isn't this because of the Apollo Program?

Right. With Apollo Program you see the enemies citys but not the land until you have been there.
