Is this normal?

when I start a standard game the inbetween turns takes about 5-7 sec. at around turn 150 takes about 20sec. turn 200 its up to about 40sec.

Is this just me or is everyone faced with this problem?

That sounds about the same speed I'm getting at the beginning, but mine does not slow down that much -- maybe 10-15sec at turn 200.

AMD Phenom x4 2.8Ghz, 8GB RAM, GeForce 9100 (GPU is borderline but it works on dx9).
