what is these borders far north east?
what is this thread?
what i am doing here?
:D

Of course you are all right, there is a rank four city NE.
But I was quite amazed when I noticed that for the first time, it is quite an unusual sight.

That ocean culture thing irritated me for a while, when I saw holes in the AI (and even in mine) territory.

That city doesn't have much production, why are you building courthouse?

I don't pretend to understand the basic premise of cultural influence spreading ever further into the ocean. Who are you converting? Fishermen?

Remember that any nation with ships in your 'cultural' water is trespassing. The more you ocean you claim the more you can annoy the enemy. Sadly naval units never retreat...

Courthouses also reduce corruption (lost commerce)--and a size 10 city where most of the citizens are working water tiles is gonna produce a LOT of commerce. Definitely want a courthouse there.

You can throw them out. It helps if you boot some land units at the same time, but then you can boot that ship every turn until the AI is really angry. :D

My curent game is really the game of weirndesses. But this time I cannot find an explanation - wth are the egyptians think they are doing in my borders?

You probably just captured the city. Sometimes the AI will not accept that you conquered their city, and keep working the tiles they did before, even though they're in your borders now. It goes away the next turn though, I've seen it many times.

Sometimes you can see your citizens working enemy tiles, but it's only the first turn aftr the capture.
