nope, no world builder.
and i got the gold in a weird way. everytime i build a wonder in my capital city, which at this point, just built Taj-Mahal (new game now), has every single wonder in it, i would get a massage saying "(City-Name) can no longer complete (Wonder Name). the lost has been converted to 100,000

Even if that happened 1,000,000,000 would still be implausible as you'd have to fail to build a wonder close to 1000 times, and there are nowhere near that many of them.

Secondly that would be a blatant bug (and one I've never heard of before). I think the conversion rate is 1:1 for hammers to gold when you lose a wonder race.

so its bugged? huh. i'll patch it again asap. idk HTH that happened though.

it happened in every one of my cities though. and i was building and completeing the wonders
