Issue with XML file causing error

Hello, I recently Installed Civilization IV Warlords on my Mac, and whenever i open the game it comes up with a error stating: Failed Loading XML: XML\GameInfo/CIV4TurnTimerInfo.xml . I am guessing that this file is corrupted or something, and I am wondering if anyone can help me find a way to get around it. I have looked everywhere I can think of for the file but fail to find somewhere I can get it. it is a file that is only 4Kb.

Me again! could i please get some help! if someone could just copy and paste the text into a reply. it will be much appreciated i would like to just get on and play, i have been trying to find a way around it.
