it just stops, help me please

having a major problem, after about 20min the game just stops and i have to reboot, i have the patch 1.52 but that didn't help. I have installed and uninstalled many times as well and with no results.
Specs:
AMD 64 3500+
AV8 Motherboard
PNY Verto with NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra 128
512 RAM
Windows XP Pro (SP 2)

What can I do???

From ainwood's sticky post.

Press the windows 'start' button, and select 'run'.
In the box that appears, type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and hit the enter key.
Follow the on-screen instructions, until you get the main DirectX Diagnostic program.
Hit the "save all information" button (as shown in the graphic below). You will be prompted for a file name and can save the information as a text file.
Either upload the text file as an attachment to you post, or open it and copy and paste the data into your post.
