rules
12 midnight friday-12 midnight sunday GMT
cannot be used ingovernement run shops
can only be spent in shops
cant be spent on land tiles
1000 gold
cannot be used to repay loans
cannot be spent in own shops
can be used to upgrade nobility and pruchase houses
can be used to start up buissnesses
and ill create some more later anyone wish to ad any just post here

I think it should at least be extended to sunday. That way it will be easier to reach for those who will be busy with Thanksgiving arrangements(family, friends, etc.) Perhaps a Fri-Sun arrangement would work?
