Jesuit Education bug [BNW]

There seems to be a bug, when trying to buy science buildings with faith. For some reason the game says that city must have university, but it does and I also have enough faith to buy it (600). I dont remember if I had bought the university with faith or build it, but I guess it should not matter.

Jesuit Education:
May build Universities, Public Schools, and Research Labs with Faith.

I'm thinking it might start to work when you cancel building it manually. You may wanna try that.

It in fact worked after I canceled building it.

Just didnt think that would be the problem, because you could still buy it with money.

(Btw just noticed that my savegame is from year 1959 and not 1919 like it should have been, but I guess it doesnt matter anymore)
