Wow, what a slugfest. We lost a good deal of units during my turnset, partly due to some bad luck (losing 3 96%+ fights in a two turns!) but also just because I was more concerned about speed rather than casualties. Our production is quite strong now. Amerarabia will fall next turnset, after which we just focus on Monty.
The situation right now. Our Empire, with copious signs for new tile improvements thanks to Biology (I remove the sign when a worker starts on the tile improvement. It's not to be bossy, I do this in my SP games when I get Biology too - it's too hard to keep track of it otherwise.

We have forces near Mecca. I haven't moved most of them this turn yet, because he has 3 artillery to counterattack with and our forces are split. I'm not sure if we should divert the naval forces to Washington's last city. We have 4 tanks and an artillery that can land this turn, but I don't want them to be wiped out. On the other hand, we also have an infantry/cannon stack closing in, but it's wounded and will get wiped out if it goes through the open terrain. We have significant forces north that had just razed Medina, but they're very wounded after a Saladin counterattack.
2. We only have 3 tanks threatening Washington's 2 SAM city, but they're wounded. I don't think we'd have more than a 50% chance to take the city. It only makes 1

per turn, though, so we can wait on it. We can also move the troops outside Mecca down to capture the city in two turns, then pick up the 3 tanks for use on Mecca. That'd give the (now pretty short) infantry-cannon stack time to heal in the forest.
3. We have some forces near Monty ready to start things up pretty soon - they took out America's city up there.
4. Our military significantly declined during my turnset...

That's due to being reckless to take out Amerarabia as quickly as possible, and also that I built infrastructure in some of our production cities (Coal Plant + Airport in Rendaku, for instance.)
5. We have a settler in place near a city spot I marked that can claim gems for happiness. I'm also building a settler for a toehold/bombing location in Monty's lands. Grabbing the wine+spice near Madrid would be nice
6. Culture is at 30% - that's not to fight WW as much as that we just need it for city growth now that Biology is in.
7. I can see in the screenshot LP isn't producing anything?
