Just Bought and First Saved Game Will Not Load

What title says.

The red button to delete my saved game is active but the button to load my saved game will not activate.

Any suggestions?

I see this has been an issue for years but see no fix other than running the game as Admin. That didn't fix issue for me.

If you can attach the save game here, we can take a look at it. It would also be helpful to know which game version you're running.
